How do I create a New Account?
Creating an account with us enables you shop at rhythmhouseindia.com. All you have to do is to sign up at rhythmhouseindia.com to avail of the shopping facilities.
How do I shop at rhythmhouseindia.com?
Step 1: Sign Up / Login If you are a new visitor and wish to shop with us, you will have to sign up with us by filling in the personal information in the fields provided. If you are a repeat customer, you can simply login using your user name and password.

Step 2: Shopping After selecting the item of your choice, click on the 'Add to Cart' button which is provided next to the item details. The item gets added to your Shopping Cart. Keep adding the items of your choice, and they will be displayed in your Shopping Cart.

Step 3: Check Out After adding all the items you wish to purchase, click on the 'Check Out' button. You will need to key-in your billing & shipping details (We Do Not Deliver to P. O. Box Addresses) , choose your preferred payment mode and then click on 'Pay Now' button.

Step 4: Verification Verify the details you filled in the Check Out form. Click on the 'Submit Form' button to register your order with us. Important: Remember to make a note of your order number. You will be required to quote this, for any further communication regarding your order.
How do I Search & Browse in rhythmhouseindia.com?
Search
The key word search on the home page can be used to search for any products categories on rhythmhouseindia.com. The keyword search on the music store are limited to music products and on the video store to video products. Similarly an advance search is also provided in case you need to conduct a more specific search.

Browse In the music and video stores the left column displays respective genres and in some cases sub-genres. You can click on any of this genres or sub-genres to view a full listing of what is currently available in that genre or sub-genre. While browsing genres, the site-visitor may also use Category Search to locate a particular title or artist.

How do I determine what’s popular in any category/genre of Music & Video products?

Apart from Top Sellers (shown on the Home Page) and Chart albums (shown respectively on the Music and Video main pages), within each category/genre, site-visitors may use the “Category Top 10” tool that has been provided. This gives a fair indication of best sellers over the past 5 years in our physical store.

What is a Shopping Cart?
A Shopping Cart is a virtual carry-cart that displays the number of items you have chosen to purchase, along with the total of your purchase amount.

You can view your Shopping Cart by clicking the 'View Cart' link from the top links.
How do I update my order?
You can make the following changes to your current order in the Shopping Cart:
(i) Change the Quantity: To add or deduct the quantity of the particular item, click in the box where the 'Quantity' is mentioned, change the quantity and hit on 'Enter'. Valid quantity range is from 1 to 99.
(ii) Delete an Item: To delete an item from the Shopping Cart, check the ‘Remove Box’ of the particular item/s you wish to delete and click on the 'Remove' button.
How do I cancel my order?
Please note that cancellations have to be made within 24 hours after placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Executive by sending an e-Mail at helpdesk@rhythmhouseindia.com and giving the order number, as your reference.
POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES
How do I return a product if I need to?
In the rare case that you do need to return a product to us, send us an email at helpdesk@rhythmhouseindia.com giving us the following information:

On receiving our confirmation to return the product please send the product/s in question to the following address:

Listed here are the conditions under which we would be able to do a return/exchange:
1. In case you have received a faulty product from us, please send it back and we will replace it immediately.
2. In case you have received a wrong product from us, please send it back and we will replace it with the right one immediately. In case it is not available at that time, we will recommend an alternative or arrange a refund.
3. If for any other reason you wish to return a product to us, please ensure that it must be in saleable condition (ie with the seal intact). We will be able to replace it with another product of the same value.
4. There will be no exchanges, returns or refunds on SALE merchandise
5. All products in the above cases will have to be returned to us at your cost. We will, of course, send the replaced product back to you at our cost.
6. In all cases of return, please quote your order number and attach the address label wherever possible. Also please retain your original sales receipt. This will help us serve you better.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
What if the product I order is out of stock?
Generally, most of the products are in stock at rhythmhouseindia.com. In case a product is out of stock temporarily, we will normally need 5 additional working days (plus the lead-time) to deliver it to you. In case a product is out of stock for a longer period, we will will not be in a position to service it in your present order and will reverse your payment for that specific product.
e-GIFT
How do I send an e-Gift?
Now you can send any products from our store to friends and loved ones. The products will be wrapped in special Gift paper.

To send an e-Gift follow these four steps:

(i) Add to Cart the products you wish to gift.
(ii) Click on the 'Check Out' button.
(iii) Tick the check box - 'This is a Gift Order'.
(iv) Enter your message (optional).
PAYMENT MODES

What are the different payment modes available at Rhythmhouseindia.com? 
Cash On Delivery
In this option, a cash payment for your order can be made at the time of delivery. This option can only be used when the items ordered are for self-purchase and not for gifting. In order to ensure smooth delivery and cash collection, please enter the preferred time of delivery and also provide us with a Day Time telephone number. Presently, this service is available only for Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Citi and JCB Credit Cards. We use a secure online payment gateway to process these card payments. Your card details are not accessible to us at all. They are processed directly by the card-issuing bank via the payment gateway which then issues us an authorization code for the amount of the order. While payments on the above cards can be accepted from anywhere in the world, shipping, presently, is available only within India.

Net Banking (for Bank Account holders only)
We accept online payments through net banking accounts of the the following Banks: Axis Bank, Centurion Bank of Punjab, Citibank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank Ltd., ICICI ePayments Ltd., IDBI Bank, IndusInd Bank, Kotak Mahindra Group, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Punjab National Bank (PNB), The Federal Bank Ltd., Bank of Rajasthan, Union Bank of India, YES Bank. Your online account will be directly debited for the amount of the order through a secure online payment gateway.

Can I change my payment mode for an order I have already placed?
If you have placed your order using a “Cash on Delivery” payment mode and you wish to change it to either Credit Card or Net Banking, you will need to send us an email quoting your order no. at helpdesk@rhythmhouseindia.com. We will then send you a payment link where you can choose your new payment option. Payment mode for orders placed using “Credit Cards” or “Net Banking” cannot be changed.

Where we ship to?
Currently we are shipping only to All-India destinations, using a reliable courier service. However for certain locations which are difficult to access by couriers, we would use the Postal Services.

How is my order delivered to me?
All orders are delivered using a reliable courier service. Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver the order 3 times. In case the delivery is not executed during these 3 attempts, due to a wrong address or the recipient being unavailable / premises being locked, the customer shall be responsible for the loss incurred on the order. Please note that the delivery of items will not be attempted on Sundays, or on any public holidays, due to unavailability of the courier service. 
For those destinations that courier services do not cover, we will use the Indian Post, either Speed Post or Registered Mail.
What is the lead-time for delivery?
Subject to the availability of stock, our minimum lead-time for delivery of any product is 7 - 10 business days
In case there is no courier service to the address mentioned in the order, the order will be cancelled and the same will be intimated to you by e-Mail.
How will my order reach in case the town or place is not within your delivery area?
If our logistics partner does not provide delivery service to the shipping address mentioned in your order, as it may not be within its perimeter - an additional courier charge (Extended Service Charge) will be levied for making this door delivery. You will be kept informed via e-Mail. In this case, you will have to provide us with all the requisite details to process your order. Alternatively, the order will be cancelled.
For shipment overseas, what is the procedure?
We are unable to instantaneously transact on the website because shipping options are varied from point to point. It is difficult if not impossible to provide a uniform rate from country to country. So site-visitors desirous of overseas delivery are requested to Contact Us by email detailing items required and full address particulars. We will then ascertain the most economical method of getting the goods across and thereafter send an off-line Credit Card secured payment gateway link for processing the order.

What is the procedure for High-Value Credit Card transactions?
Any Credit Card transaction above INR 25000/- or USD 520 is considered as a High-Value transaction and requires additional documentation before the transaction is executed. The documents required to execute your transaction will be displayed on the transaction page as well as will be e-Mailed to you. You are requested to send these documents within 4 days.
