The Gift Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It can be exchanged only for merchandise from our store at the address detailed above. It cannot be exchanged for cash.

If the value of merchandise exceeds the Gift Voucher value, the difference may be paid in cash or through a credit card. In case the value of merchandise is less than the value of the Gift Voucher, no cash refund will be made.

No claim against lost or unutilised Gift Vouchers will be entertained.  

Delivery of the Gift voucher to an incorrect but deliverable address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery to a non-existent address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
